Challenge:
1.The curtain wall system is a combination of aluminum profile and stainless steel, designed with an integrated steel structure that bears the overall load. It has a height of 7.5 meters and can withstand wind pressure of up to 1.7 kPa..
2.The project must be cost-effective, with potential cost savings of up to 80% compared to local expenses.
3. The client changed the designer midway through the project.
Solution:
1. M.J team developed a stainless steel structure system with a width of 550mm, which is combined with the 150 series stick curtain wall to provide sufficient load-bearing capacity for the 7.5-meter high glass curtain wall, meeting wind pressure requirements (1.7Kap) while maintaining an attractive aesthetic.
